THE EXPERIENCE
We've designed the entire experience to be as simple and as straightforward as possible,
we’ll happily guide you and help you every step of the way.
STYLING / CONSULTATION CALL
The styling / consultation is about a 15-20 minute chat over the phone with one of our consultants. They’ll discuss the style, clothing and what you can expect on the day, help you plan for the day, and they’ll also book you in for your portrait session.
2. THE PORTRAIT SESSION
Spend 45mins to 1hr in the studio with one of our photographers building a collection of images that reflect you as a family / couple or individual. Outdoor and park options are available.
3. THE VIEWING SESSION
In our purpose built viewing lounge your viewing consultant you will help you narrow your images on a large projection screen. We will help you design artworks for your home. Please bring any reference photos, basic measurements, and some ideas on what you would like to do with your images.
4. COLLECTION APPOINTMENT
Once your order has completed, we’ll give you a call and invite you back for a quick 5 minute appointment to present you with all your finished frames / canvases or prints, all ready for you to take them home and display.
INVESTMENTS
We specialise in full-service custom production
We offer a large range of options including box sets, large prints, and albums.
People commonly spend between $500 to $2,000 or more. It’s your choice: if you want upgrades, downgrades, bigger, smaller, more, or less. Payment options include:
Pay full price on the day
Pay part (commonly 50%) and rest on collection
Interest free lay-by (fortnightly payments that are affordable for you) - has become more popular in 2024.
Discounts are available for larger orders or by packaging certain items together. You can’t plan exactly what you want ahead of time. Our clients typically base all artwork and collage designs based on the photographs they’ve selected.
